How much does Volt26 do on its own, versus just recommending?
Internal work, research, briefs, analysis and drafts, runs without asking. Anything outward, an email, a post, a campaign, a price change, is held for your OK. On Starter every outward item waits for your OK; Founder can also let sends go without asking.
Where is my data stored?
In a Supabase-managed Postgres database in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney), in a tenant of its own. Model calls go to Anthropic to generate replies and are never used to train models.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Not by us and not by the model provider.
What security controls does Volt26 have?
Tenant isolation at the database layer, a held-for-OK gate on every outward action, a reversible flag on every tool, and an audit ledger. Details on the Trust page.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export it from the vault, then ask us to delete the organisation. It is gone within 30 days.
Does every customer get the same advice?
No. The agents read your vault before they answer, and write back what they learned. Two owners on the same plan get different answers, and the gap widens.
Does it do my books or my tax?
No. Volt26 sits alongside your accountant and your accounting software, not instead of them. It reads your Stripe revenue today.
What does one action buy?
One agent task: a research run, a drafted campaign, a decision brief, an audit. Chat in the room is not metered.
